Prepared Foods Production Manager
We are seeking an energetic person to make prepared foods for the bakery. Commercial cooking experience is required and professional baking experience is a plus. You must be punctual with an eagerness to learn, willingness to go above and beyond to complete tasks. Ability to work independently and creatively is essential.
Daily responsibilities would include but not limited to: making sandwiches, tarts, soups, quiches, pasta, sauces; packaging products in containers, general prep work and cleaning. Everything we make at Bread and Butter is made from scratch. This is not a remove from plastic bag and just heat up establishment.
Please note that you will be required to lift heavy objects and stand for long hours.
Hours and times may vary looking for a candidate that is flexible.

Job Location: Red Bank, TN
Required experience: 1 year of commercial cooking experience minimum
Pluses if you have the following licenses or certifications: Drivers License + Safe Serv
