What You’ll Do:

🛒 Retail & Team Leadership

  • Train, coach, and lead the front-of-house team to deliver top-tier customer service

  • Manage scheduling, shift coverage, and team performance

  • Create a positive, organized, and welcoming environment for customers & staff

  • Problem-solve customer concerns with professionalism and a solutions mindset

📦 Wholesale Management & Operations

  • Oversee the daily execution of wholesale orders, ensuring accuracy & efficiency

  • Communicate between the production team and wholesale clients to keep things seamless

  • Maintain strong relationships with wholesale partners and seek opportunities for growth

📊 Inventory & Pricing Oversight

  • Manage inventory tracking using MarginEdge software

  • Monitor and adjust pricing on resell items to maintain profitability

  • Keep products well-stocked, organized, and labeled correctly

📢 Marketing & Instagram Engagement

  • Post daily Instagram Stories to highlight our products, team, and bakery life

  • Collaborate on seasonal promotions, in-store events, and customer engagement strategies

  • Ensure in-store merchandising aligns with marketing campaigns

  • Assist with content creation for social media & customer outreach

💡 Operational & Team Development

  • Monitor Trainual completion for retail staff, ensuring ongoing education

  • Work with leadership to improve training materials and create new modules

  • Act as a bridge between retail, wholesale, and production to keep operations smooth

What Makes You a Great Fit?

✅ You’re familiar with POS systems, inventory tracking (MarginEdge), and team training software (Trainual)—or willing to learn!
