What We’re Looking For:

  • A Love for Quality: An enthusiasm for learning about and sharing knowledge of our quality bakery products.

Your Role Will Involve:

  • Delivering exceptional customer service and creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

  • Utilizing your upselling skills to enhance customer purchases and promote our products.

  • Handling point-of-sale transactions and managing cash and card payments efficiently.

  • Keeping the retail front clean, tidy, and inviting.

  • Preparing coffee and simple food items with attention to detail.

  • Taking charge of inventory management, wholesale order preparation, and quality control.

  • Being on your feet for long hours while maintaining an energetic and friendly demeanor.

We Offer:

  • Competitive Compensation: $12.00/hr + $2+/hr in pooled tips (Approximately $14.00+/hr after training).

Preferred Experience:

  • Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service roles is highly valued.

  • Familiarity with bakery products is a bonus, but we are happy to train the right candidate who shares our passion.
